To achieve Supply chain objectives by preparing and completing action plans, identifying and resolving problems, completing audits, execute the processes and determining improvements.
Receiving inbound FG/ RPM against delivery document.
Check all received FG/ RPM ostensibly as first QA check point.
Record all transactions to SAP, and maintain updating system promptly.
Report, communicate any variances in received shipments against its document.
Receive new orders/ reservation from plants/ customers, and plan loading accordingly.
Ensure the integrity of all system transactions for all shipments.
Daily check on date of production for all on hand stocks.
Ensure that FEFO system is applied without no tolerance.
Report all NPI’s and overstock QTYS to warehouse manager.
Always share all operational issues related to the warehouse to WH manager.
Ensure that all company products/ stocks are handled in a proper way from QA stand point.
Maintain the required storing conditions according to GWP.
Participate in warehousing process SOP’s initiation in regards with technical specifications.
Ensure that all safety, legal requirements are in place with no miss.
Prepare all needed reports by management.
Responsible for shuttling trucks utilization.
المهارات
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in any disciplinary.
Minimum Experience:
· 2 – 4 years of food industry goods keeping and handling
Experience of managing internal and external stakeholders’ relationships.
Behavioral or Personal Skills
Leadership - Self-motivated – Active – Honest – committed - Creativity Team Workability
Technical Skills
Good English/ Arabic communications
Computer proficiency
Knowledge of ERP (SAP/SAP Reports)
