Developing and getting ratified department operating structure and department operating processes and procedures based on the NWC PMM and Mashroat methodologies with focus on the Implementing of Five-Year Projects Portfolio Planning and Methodology.
• Implementing Mashroat’s Five-Year Projects Portfolio Planning and Methodology
• Compile all the lists of projects for 5 YPPP and prioritize them.
• Coordinate the work with other governmental bodies such as SCE.
• Leading the Registration and Initial Planning Stages of the Stage Gate process
• Prepare Five-Year Projects Portfolio Plan and update it annually
• Submit Five-Year Projects Portfolio Plan for review and approval s)
• Prepare Annual Capital Works Plan for NWC to submit to MoF for budget approval
• Provide all the necessary supporting document and studies to MoF to secure budget approval
• Submit NWC’s project registration documents to Mashroat and obtain the project number.

Expert in major development master planning and urban planning. Thorough knowledge of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines. Knowledge of other disciplines related to planning activities and projects with an understanding of the required business interfaces and interdependencies.
