This individual is required to have fifteen years’ experience in project management of large and complex technical projects. The candidate must have good communications skills, strong business acumen and be an effective team player with an aptitude for multi-tasking and problem-solving. The project Manager needs to be fluent in both English and Arabic and must be prepared to work in the middle east for up six-months.

Responsibilities
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure adherence to key objectives
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders/third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
Educational background – BA/BSC computer science or an IT related area
Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology area
Solid client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
PMP or PRINCE II certification
