Development and implementation of the Company Compliance strategy, policies and framework, to
ensure that Company activities are in compliance with all the applicable external and internal
policies and regulations.
Contributes in defining the strategic direction for the
business line by providing inputs from own function
and work with all other peer managers to ensure that
all functions are aligned with and support the overall
strategy of Company .

prepares of the annual Operating, Business Plans and
capital expenditure budget for the function, ensuring
that adequate funding provision is made available for
all activities related with his functions.
Monitors expenditure against approved levels on a
regular basis and investigates and justifies significant
variances to ensure effective performance and cost
control.

Reviews the organization structure and operational
processes of function, study and recommend changes
to optimize the workings of its function as appropriate
to optimize efficiencies and effectiveness.

Manages the function by developing and
implementing policies, procedures and guidelines in
alignment with the vision of Company and technical
specifications and standards where applicable to
ensure efficient delivery of the function’s mandate.

Develops and maintains compliance polices (e.g.
code of conduct, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, etc.)
coordinates the Compliance functions activities across
Company, provide expertise and support regarding
compliance activities (e.g. training, plans follow-up,
compliance reporting, etc.)
Oversees the identification of internal and external
policies and regulations that Company should comply with.
Ensures the periodic review of the Company policies and
regulations to ensure their compliance with external
and internal policies and regulations.
coordinates with ERM and BUs to identify, analyse
and assess non-compliance risks across Company , and
ensure that BUs’ develop action plans to mitigate and
prevent critical risks that affect the achievement of
Company objectives.
Oversees the development of internal control
mechanisms for observing and detection of non-
compliance, Collaborate with other parties (e.g.,
ERM, Internal Audit, Investigation Department, etc.)
to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for
handling it, follow-up on the critical non-compliance
and report to the management .
oversees the development and implementation of
training and awareness programs for spreading
compliance culture across Company.
oversees the creation of database for all policies and
regulations that Company should comply with, including
but not limited to compliance policies.
Provide reports on a regular basis to keep
Management and related parties informed of the Company
compliance level, provide recommendations for
improvement.
Ensures that all activities are undertaken in strict
compliance with approved health, safety and
environment procedures in order to protect Company
personnel, assets and corporate reputation.

Keeps abreast of regional and international trends and
developments in the industry in order to identify areas
of opportunities enhancing his function and output
maintaining required Company Quality.

Champions the process of effective leadership to
manage direct reports’ performance, recruitment,
training and development, and to raise their awareness
towards the mission, vision, strategy and values to
ensure high level commitment towards Company while
raising levels of engagement and competence.
المهارات
University degree in Law or relevant discipline with 14 years of experience OR Master Degree in
related field with 12 years of Experience
Deep knowledge of: laws, legal codes and governmental regulations, inside and outside KSA
that are relevant to Company activities.
Comprehensive knowledge of: the development of compliance polices and frameworks ,
defining, analysing, and assessing non-compliance risks, mechanisms for detecting non-
compliance and their relationship with other related functions (e.g. ERM, Internal Audit, HSE,
etc.)
Administrative & Management: knowledge and skills in management principles, involved in
strategic planning, priority of work, human resources management including employee
selection and performance management, resources allocation and budgeting, leadership
techniques, etc.
Critical Thinking and Reasoning
English Language: In-depth knowledge and usage of legal English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
