الوصف الوظيفي
JOB PURPOSE:
To make sure all Projects assigned to him completed according to time schedule, standards, budget, and high quality, in addition to collect and submit/keep in order and safe project documents and drawings after project handover.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible and accountable to make sure all projects are delivered on time within the approved Budget and time frame schedule.
Accountable to review with customers and consultant the design and time frame of projects assigned to him.
Accountable to Ensure that project information recorded either in electronic or hard copy through proper channels.
Accountable to attend project reviews and approvals process.
Accountable to attend with stakeholders’ tenders opening, then make the study to evaluate and compare the received biddings and share in making recommendation to management.
Accountable to follow the Capital Projects FRAMEWORK process and procedures.
Accountable to conduct the project under execution and submit visit report on a weekly basis as needed.
Responsible to coordinate with both consultant and contractor to execute the project according to agreed materials quality as documented in BOQ.
Accountable to manage contracts and monitor delivery of service to ensure compliance with contracts and service agreement.
Responsible to represent the organization in an honest, Ethical, and professional way.
Responsible to act and report any breaches of rules, policies, and guidelines.
Accountable to monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions.
المهارات
Computer skills (word processing, Microsoft project and Auto cad)
Ability to prepare SOW & BOQ in related field.
Ability to read and understand Auto Cad design drawings.
