JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee and manage the construction projects under Nadec, including new Depots, repairing projects, and renovation projects and to be completed within the approved scope, time, quality, and budget.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop the projects delivery schedules.
Responsible and accountable to complete all projects on time within the approved Budget.
Responsible to review all drawings and submittals for all construction related projects with projects managers.
Responsible to manage and deliver the assigned tasks to the service provider and the project managers.
Accountable to Ensure that project file is completed with copies of all contracts, submittals, drawings, invoices …etc.
Contribute to organizational business and budget planning process when requested.
Accountable to lead project reviews and approvals process.
Responsible to attend with stakeholders’ tenders opening, conduct technical evaluation on submitted bids, and provide recommendation to management.
Accountable to make sure that all project managers are following the process and procedures of Capital Projects FRAMEWORK.
Accountable to provide expert advice, counsel and recommendations on matters related to projects execution.
Accountable to provide guidance and advice to PMs to manage contracts and monitor delivery of service to ensure compliance with contracts and service agreement.
Responsible to represent the organization in an honest, Ethical, and professional way and set an example for others to follow.
Responsible to act and report any breaches of rules, policies, and guidelines.
Accountable to Monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions.
