Job Description
• Scope: Senior Planner for a Driverless Metro System project for the following Sub-Systems Rolling Stock, Rail Electrification, Signaling, Communications, Platform Screen Doors, Depot Workshop Equipment, and System Integration (2 lines, 38 Passenger stations, 67 trains, and 3 depots).
• Planning: Responsible for external interfaces in terms of leading and coordinating with different parties the planning and execution of the prerequisites and advising the team on key issues and risks.
• Controlling: Analysis of the updated program client / internal every month and highlighting the slipping areas for respective disciplines including civil design, and access dates. And support in the follow up of detailed plans on a weekly basis.
• Reporting: Review monthly reports to secure the company position in terms of delay responsibilities and milestones achievement.
• Analyzing Change Notices: Participate in analyzing change notices to estimate the impact on the final completion of completion milestones.
• Delay / Extension of Time Analysis (EOT): Participate / Support EOT team in analyzing delays from all project stakeholders to evaluate the impact on Transit System activities in preparation for EOT or claims.
