الوصف الوظيفي
A casual dining restaurant based in Riyadh is looking to hire Operations / Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for daily operations and improve the performance level inside the restaurant, Must be able to drive the team in all aspects, from business planning, organizing to operations and administration. Can maintain team members’ performance and development at the superior level grooming good to great and achieve the targeted team member satisfaction. Finally you would work closely with the sales & catering, marketing and banquet teams to maximize the business results.

المهارات
 Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced service restaurant.
 Solid track record and work history in previous positions.
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
 Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
 Experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control, ability to achieve profit objectives.
 Strong organizational skills.
 Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and develop others, and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
 Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends).

 Managing and Measuring Work
 Building Effective Teams
 Bilingual, Arabic & English speaker.
