الوصف الوظيفي The MSP is directly responsible for all areas of this job description mentioned herein and has broad overall direct responsibilities for all aspects concerning Customer Acquisition, Retention, Marketing and promoting all MC products & Services. The MSP is positioned within the Asset Management Department and closely interacts with all functional business focal points including Department staff, operational, finance, compliance, management and brokerage business to ensure the performance of agreed objectives and duties. The MSP is responsible for achieving the established budgets and targets for AUM’s and new customers communicated as such by the CEO and Head of Department . Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities : The MSP will be specifically responsible & accountable for the below mentioned activities. 1.Responsible to achieve stated targets and goals for new customer acquisition, sales & Profit, AUM and existing customer retention and repeat business as specified in Annexure 1 herein. 2.Thoroughly familiarisation of existing MC products & Services and all product proposals prior to client meetings and client communications. 3.Establishing a comprehensive database of potential clients for Muscat Capital (MC) to offer all its products to, screening and filtering suitable customers, agreeing with the Head of Dept and CEO the list of approachable customers and creating a strategy and positioning for each customer. 4.Physically meeting at least 5 customers a week to follow up on existing products or potential new products to be offered to them. Preparing customer reports for management 5.Making or conducting at least 5 customer calls per day to service existing customers and / or potential new customers and promoting existing MC products or understanding customer needs. 6.Establishing a relationship with counterparty institutions and corporates for MC Investment Purposes. Relationship management with these institutions. 7.Maintaining and sharing customer database with all relevant parties and keeping it up-to-date 8.Meeting selected new potential customers and offering MC products & services as per the sales and marketing plan. 9.Attending to any advertising, marketing and / or promotion activity as requested. 10.Regular follow up & customer meetings whenever required 11.Preparing call reports and feedback information to the Head of Department and CEO on all client meetings and preparing a follow up action plan for customer requests. 12.Preparing MIS, financial reports and other information at least once every 2 weeks on client acquisition, retention and AUM and revenue targets and reporting on a action strategy for gaps or variances. 13.Supervising staff that are directly under supervision and working with all MC team members to fulfil the tasks at hand. 14.Ensuring that training needs are identified and communicated. 15.Identifying key areas of improvement in the sales, marketing, promotion and new customer process and making recommendations on the same for corrective action. 16.Coordinating the opening of customer investment accounts, KYC and other account opening documents and agreements as per MC policy & procedures. 17.Analysing market trends, new product opportunities and regulatory landscape changes and communicating the same to management. 18.Attending conferences, seminars, networking or other public events after approval from the Head of Department and / or CEO. 19.Any other task to be done as communicated by the Head of Department & CEO with respect to customer acquisition & management or any other activity within the company. المهارات . 2.experience in working with a Authorised Person in the related field of Sales and in Asset Management. 3.Strong preference for Saudi nationals. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-placement-manager-4220708/ |
