Scope of work:
Acountable for Sales & Marketing with regards to
Profitable sales (Aggressive targets at handsome incentive scheme)
Direct Marketing Strategy with the assistance of an outsourced Marketing company
Indirect marketing and brand awareness
Public relationship
Responsibilities:
Sales
Establish and manage a sales team
Set, agree and achieve budgets with BU managers
Client – cold call larger clients
Sales negotiations
Costing & Pricing
Public relationship
Client entertainment
Article and case study writing
Promotional items and gifts
Marketing Strategy – manage the outsourced company
Market research
Pricing
Service offering
Competition
New services / product / opportunities
International trends
Below the line marketing and branding
Coordination with Advertising, Marketing & advertising agencies
Sales material management
Internal magazine and brochure
Conference management

Bachelor degree in Marketing and Sales management
Minimum of 5-7 years sales experience (at least 3 years in the Middle East)
Minimum of 3 years marketing administrative experience
Minimum 2-3 years logistics field
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Front Page/DreamWeaver skills required;
Excellent Word (creation of templates and macros), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and email (Outlook) skills
Good project management skills.
Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
Excellent copywriting skills – ability to rework technical text for a broader audience.
Ability to manage a campaign budget.
Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
