Quality Control Manager MEP

Develop the fit-out schedule and timelines for all overseen malls in accordance with the mall opening plan, tenant requirements, and the mall manager
Allocate staff to all malls in the region and ensure efficiency in the workload allocation between the various malls, particularly in critical pre-opening periods
Ensure coordination with Operations, Finance, Leasing and Legal departments in preparing all the necessary tenant handover documents and expedite all tenant handover activities
Ensure effective handover from Development & Delivery to Operations
Oversee coordination of meetings with new tenants with regards to handover, testing and commissioning, property orientation and unit inspection
Ensure that all problems are attended to within the contractual timeframe
Resolve escalated instances where issues logged on are not addressed
Review space fit out design and ensure adherence to property regulations and standards
Ensure store front adherence to mall standards and guidelines
Manage the guarantees of contractors in regards to defects
CoDegree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering) Architecture, or Interior Design
Experience
7+ years of experience in a Construction company/ Design firm, with a strong role in the tenant handover phase
Deep understanding of the KSA and GCC construction requirements
Strong client facing experience
ordinate with Mall Manager on property guidelines and timing
