Senior UI-UX Designer

Job Description
At Speedi, We are looking for a Senior UI-UX Designer for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a mobile app/ website. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with our marketing team and product team to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

Skills & Responsibilities:
• Experience in 2 or more of the following: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Ability to demonstrate designs with functional prototypes in HTML/CSS, Axure, Balsamiq, InVisionApp, Framer, or similar.
• Deep experience in typography, color schemes, iconography, grid structures and/or design principles.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Proven experience in Mobile UI/UX designs.
• Full awareness in mobile design guidelines (Android & iOS)
• Design graphic user interface elements.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Work with the product management team & development team to deliver best practice results.
• Plan and implement new designs
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct an ongoing user research
• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent.
o Minimum five years’ experience of relevant experience in UI/UX Design and development working with software and product development organizations.
