-Coordinating with QC, Manufacturing & Supply Chain; to see to it that all materials and supply are checked and approved prior to use. Any rejected material to be immediately reported to the concerned function to anticipate out of stock situation. To accomplish report on all cases.
-Supervise personnel activities in QA Lab, Trade Survey. To see to it that SOPs and correct test procedures are followed, and that work is done expeditiously and according to priority.
-Responsible for ascertaining within spec. products. Cross-checking on all territory for the presence of out of spec. product, in this case should act immediately to hold the product, conduct a complete confirmatory analysis and submit report.
-Conducts physio-chemical tests on the raw and process materials using approved procedures at required frequencies. Ensures that the correct materials are used in beverage production and sees to it that the beverage produced complies to specifications.
-Identification & ranking of defects of PRM & ingredients for a proper disposition.
المهارات
-Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP Certified.
-5 years relevant experience in Q.A for Raw material and packaging in Water / Beverage industry OR FMCG Industry
