Project Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
1- Manage a diverse team of more than 100 staff

2- Provide leadership to project management team to ensure KPIs, HSEQ and other goals are met on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

3- Liaise with client/client representative to enure that end user/ Customer satisfaction is maintaned.

4- Manage multiple task holders including subcontractors, and external autoritis.

5- Manage project budget including forcasting.

6- Manage team discipline and motivation.

المهارات
1- Bachelor of Scince in Engineering or Master Degree in Business Admin.

2- 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, preferably in Operation and Maint. projects or Faciliities Managmenet projects.

3- Very good English (Speaking and writing) is a must. Arabic is a plus.

4- A Saudi Driver License is required.

5- Preference will be given to candidate living in Saudi Arabia.
