Summary of Job Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities:
Maintain close relations with customers.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of Trucks.
Providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models
Assisting customers with completing relevant documents for executing a sale opportunity or solving a complaint.
Collaborating with team members to achieve targets.
Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Understanding customer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
Explaining to the customers our services contracts.
Be ready for training and developments courses & programs (domestic and outside KSA)
Enhancing company reputation through good conduct and collaboration.
Task/s:
Daily visits and follow – up with Customers.
Find new potentials/ Customers.
Prepare offers.
Reporting Sales activities and Market situation to the Preowned Trucks Manager
Building a report with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
Maintaining customer database and communicating with them.
In line with Preowned Trucks Manager, close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
Collecting information on competitor’s activities and market prices.
Check & recommend realistic market acceptable price levels to meet competition.
Report lost sales.
Explore new chances in the market, build a good network for obtaining market information.
المهارات
Selection criteria and required skills:
Good command of the English language.
Good command of computer – Microsoft office & email.
A degree in marketing, business management, or a relevant field is a must.
Good communication skills.
1-year experience in sales of trucks is a plus.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and involvement in teamwork.
Disciplined, time-effectiveness, organized, and willing to learn.
Willing to take challenges.
Saudi nationality only.
