POSITION OVERVIEW
The Bus Driver is primarily responsible for driving the compound’s shuttle bus to staff accommodation, but may also be requested to fulfill other driving requirements for the company, utilizing light vehicles (e.g. sedans, SUVs, minivans), heavy vehicles (e.g. trucks), and clubhouse carts within the compound. The driver is required to exercise maximum caution when driving himself and residents, remain conscious of surroundings at all times while idly waiting for residents, and to the extent possible, provide protection of residents and staffs.
Core Responsibilities
Drive staff from work place to accommodation.
Clean/wash the Bus as required.
Maintain bus in good condition by keeping maintenance service logs, and reporting any disrepair to Head of Department.
Assist with other driving demands as required.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company.

Interpersonal skills: Bus drivers must be able to respectfully interact with passengers of all kinds.
Communication skills: Bus drivers must be able to communicate effectively with passengers and their employers about any safety concerns or issues that arise due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Hand-eye coordination: The lives of many passengers are in your hands when you’re operating a bus.
