Inside Sales is a dedicated person that is conducting “Inside” or “Virtual” Sales sitting inside the office. His job is utilizing the tools at his disposal to call customers via phone, email and to follow-up in the same fashion including making “Cold Calls” based upon directory, Business Intelligence or Analysis feedback on potential leads. The person should be well-versed with Company Portfolio of Services and with the help of tools like Partner Portals etc, he is able to Bid and Quote and Close a deal with very little or no-assistance from anyone in the team.

Hard Skills: Preferable CCNA/CCNP or Related IT/Telecom Experience with Knowledge of both IP and Radio Systems technologies like TETRA / APCO25 and DMR Systems, PoC, CCTV and Security Solutions is a plus. Ideal Candidate should have worked in presales/Inside Sales capacity for 3-4 years.
Academic: Bachelors of Engineering / Business Administration Background with 7-10 Years’ Experience working
Soft Skills: Team Worker, Problem Solver, Ability to work around deadlines, Independent delivery on tasks assigned
Language Skills: Fluent Arabic and English
Customer Interaction: On Phone
Travel: Zero Customer Related Travel
