The Contract Manager is responsible for the delivery of Total Facilities Management (TFM) Services across their client portfolio.
Responsible for leading and developing solutions for the site based Hard and Soft Services Teams to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quality standards and health and safety for all site services, equipment and civil works as required.
To be the lead interface with the client and be responsible for the delivery of housekeeping, operation, maintenance and reactive services including the management and inspection of specialist service subcontractors.
To establish and manage the development of appropriate processes, procedures, policies and systems to support safe and professional methods of work, including ensuring that all policies and systems remain relevant and up-to-date.
To ensure that the service is cognoscente of all KSA and international legislation, regulatory guidance and industry best practice.
Be responsible for delivering the contract within the contract budget, time schedules, statutory requirements and OCS procedures ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction to achieve the contract requirements and promote OCS’ performance and reputation with the client.
Accountable for providing leadership throughout the site-based contract.
The Contract Manager together with his Directorate has the ultimate responsibility and accountability for delivering TFM Services to the customer across their site and achieving business objectives and performance targets. The Contract Manager will oversee the operations, maintenance, finance, human resources management, programme control, public relations, marketing, business development, administration, health & safety, quality and security of the TFM Services contract.
Responsible for managing health &safety;, regulatory, reputation and security risks associated with incidents and/or failures of service delivery of this prestigious site.
Acting final Risk Assessor where required and to provide leadership and support to the project team.
Maintains and develops strong relationships with the client and other stake holders to secure the necessary support for the efficient performance of the TFM Services operations and maintenance service.
Technical and Financial Accountabilities.
Meeting the Key Performance Indicators according to the targets agreed between OCS and the client in the areas of management of the client and contractor interface, preparations for launch of service.
Manage the functional departments of TFM Services operation to ensure outputs delivered are to an appropriate standard on time and within the allocated budget.
Report directly to the OCS Senior Operations Manager and carry out duties as required/directed.
Strategy and Plans:
To develop, agree and manage a robust strategy and annual plans for the contract to meet the contractual requirements and operational and financial business targets.
To conduct regular reviews of processes, procedures, plans, monitoring and taking action to ensure business targets are met, including submitting accurate and timely reports.
To focus on the future direction of the contract, to include implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and to strengthen the customer relationship to enable the success of future longevity of the contract.
Growth and Financials:
To ensure a business development strategy is in place, to deliver the contract expansion aspirations in line with the business commitment; including ad-hoc identification of innovations and additional works to generate increased revenue.
To ensure effective financial management is in place to achieve turnover, profit and cash targets, and to meet corporate and legal requirements.
Customers and Markets:
To represent OCS when meeting with customers, stakeholders, the financial community and the public in order to enhance the reputation and foster a partnership approach to relationships throughout the contract.
To lead customer service excellence and a continuous improvement culture, so that the business remains at the leading edge of service delivery and value.
Organization and People:
To provide leadership to the contract management and employees to understand and have input to the overall operational plans, as appropriate, and are motivated to achieve performance objectives.
To recruit, professionally manage and develop the contract management team, and ensure that the team is operating in accordance with OCS Company Policy and principles.
To ensure that the contract is optimally structured, managed and populated including leveraging shared service facilities as appropriate to increase operational efficiency.
To ensure that a best practice framework is in place for the delivery of the contract using processes, procedures and systems aligned to the company quality policy.
المهارات
University Degree or higher education.
Minimum of 5 years in Facility Management or similar organization with at least 3 years in similar position.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly presenatble and possess good attitude.
Experience in Contract Management, budgeting, planning, and organizing people.
