الوصف الوظيفي
Asst. MEP Technician is responsible for all day to day operation and maintenance activities on the site for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general facility maintenance activities. He will carry out routine inspections, trouble shooting and repairs of MEP equipment as and when required. Execute all Facilities Maintenance work efficiently to specified standard as per contracts and Company standards.
Conduct daily Inspection and checks on MEP systems and their components as assigned.
Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance activities efficiently as directed by MEP supervisor to ensure that MEP equipment is kept operational 24/7.
Assist and support to other departments/senior technicians in execution of their assigned tasks for various jobs / maintenance activities.
Respond to emergency situations to resolve immediate safety concerns.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure availability in safe operating condition.
Liaise / Coordinate with sub-contractors and other departments on maintenance works.
Cleaning of tools/ equipment and work places as and when required.
Any Other duties as directed by his supervisor.
المهارات
Certification in mechanical, electrical or HVAC trade for minimum of 2 year.
Administrative knowledge.
PC and Ms Office Skills.
Fluency in both English.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic Arabic is an advantage but not required.
Minimum of at least 2 years in Facility Management or similar organization with at least 1 year in similar position.
