The Electric Supervisor is responsible for carrying out overall Operation and execution of Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance of Electrical equipment in Facilities as per Schedule and Managing Team of Technicians & Subcontractors assigned in the Project.
Responding to CAFM work order and taking action to complete the work.
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the electrical technician team through assigning activities to Electrical technicians.
Making daily activity report for Electrical team.
Preparing daily check list & duty roster and schedule it accordingly.
Assisting to establish, coordinates and control the assigned Electrical works maintenance activities that will be performed by outsourced service provider.
Reporting and reviewing with superior issues, concerns, work practices and guidelines to ensure effective operation, maintenance as well as the safety and security of all personal and achieve work objectives.
Preparing the requirement for necessary Periodic Testing activities of MV / LV equipment & Coordinating with Subcontractors and End User to achieve the task.
Reviewing the drawings and designs for Electrical works.
Coordinating with End-user and Sub-contractor for any additional works.
Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Ordering consumable items for Electrical maintenance work.
Ordering Electrical tools as required for Electrical team.
Ensures that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreements/KPIs.
Promotes a safe work environment and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for to resolve the emergency requirements.
Requires flexibility and understanding that all maintenance staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goals of the company.
المهارات
Technical certificate or diploma in electrical engineering of minimum 2 years duration.
Good English communication / Basic Arabic is an advantage but not required.
Having Middle East experience of minimum 6 years and out of which 4 years experience in Acute Care Hospital.
Team Player and Problem Solving.
Have the ability read, interpret and apply plans, specifications, blueprints, diagrams, codes and work orders.
Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly.
Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding.
