Subject to functional policy objectives and/or business direction, the job holder will work within broadly defined policies and objectives.
Ensure housekeeping operatives deliver cleaning services safely and in accordance with specific task instructions.
Ensure to be up to date with all infection control training and to ensure housekeeping operatives are also provided with the latest infection control training.
Ensure all housekeeping operatives wears Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed and work assignments are completed in a safe manner.
Ensure work assignments are completed within the specified time frame.
Take the necessary instructions regarding housekeeping supervisors & operatives as directed by Senior housekeeping supervisor.
Ensure relevant community rules are completely understood and do daily briefings to staff on site.
Maintain discipline of all housekeeping operatives within remit and area of responsibility.
Respond efficiently and effectively to all housekeeping related incidents.
Mentor all direct reports, identify and correct areas for improvement.
Communicate on all business and operational related information with all housekeeping operatives.
Support health and safety co-coordinators at site level; to ensure all housekeeping operatives are fully conversant with specific hazardous tasks.
Deliver cleaning services to pro-actively support housekeeping operatives at site specific locations.
Ensure critical, potential business-related issues and/or information are communicated effectively to both Site FM Management and Operations Manager.
Health & Safety:
Comply with OCS HSQE policies and safe systems of work.
Promptly report all HSQE hazards, incidents and near misses to HSQE Department.
Appropriate use of equipment’s and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with agreed safe work practices.
Abide by all Local laws, regulations, and guidance.
Perform work in an ethical manner as to not cause harm or damage to Health, Safety and Environment.
Participate in company led HSQE activities, HSQE meetings, trainings and workshops and give feedback.
Actively participate in HSQE training and skill development initiatives.
المهارات
Suitable University Degree / Post graduate in any discipline.
Good English communication / Basic Arabic is an advantage but not required.
Minimum 3 years in Facility Management or similar organization with at least 2 years in similar position.
Good English communication / Basic Arabic.
Possess awareness and complete understanding of all cleaning methods as detailed in cleaning manual based on BICSc.
