الوصف الوظيفي they do, developing and introducing new products and services, further developing national and international markets · Develop and create budgets, business plans, forecasting to achieve company objectives. · Responsible for leading, hiring, and growing the team globally and build and nurture the leadership talent of the future · Manage the current resource, recruiting or retaining staff as required to create a result-driven culture with the right level of motivation, training and development of the team. · Initiate and collaborate with the Research & Development team for programs along with Product Development to ensure that remains at the forefront of its’ industry · Set and agree sales targets with Revenue & Sales department · Oversee that the correct policies and procedures are in place to ensure the company is complying with all health, safety and other statutory regulations · Engaging with all other departments to develop impact campaign plays and execute demand generation activities to drive funnel creation and deliver a measurable return on investment · Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance · Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth · Developing and executing the company’s business strategies. المهارات or equivalent business experience an asset · Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in operations, management or consultancy intensive role - a background in tech, SaaS startups is preferred · Successful proven experience in leading and developing a team such as being Head of Operations or similar managerial role · General knowledge within different business verticals (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.) · Be able to demonstrate experience of developing strategic business and marketing plans, budgets and forecasting · Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills · Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously · Must have strong and excellent communication skills · Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.
