Has full responsibility of the Purchasing Department.
Responsible for purchasing Raw materials, Spare Parts, and any purchases required by the company.
Follow up on Order Requisition(s) raised by every Department/Section of the company (local & foreign).
Review list of suppliers and prepare inquiry for appropriate supplier on items requested.
Responsible for reviewing and selection of best offers from quotations received.
Follow up of order raised by the company and ensure the item will be received as required by the requisitioner.
Ensure that Operations will have sufficient stock of raw materials, packaging materials and other items, to avoid machine stoppage due to lack thereof.
Preparing payment requisitions for materials and items ordered.
Coordinate with Production Department during weekly meetings by reviewing priority items required by them and status of the ordered materials.
المهارات
Must be a college graduate, have at least 2 years experience in the field of purchasing spare parts and can speak, read, write and understand English.
