Internal Working Relationships:

The Project Manager will interact with Project Site Managers and Site Engineers
Projects Director.
External Working Relationships:

Customers.
Client & Consultants
Government Authorities.
Job Objective:

The Project Manager will manage the entire Project and site operations of the particular project.
The key purpose of this position is to have someone on project operation and report to projects Director accordingly when and where required.
In addition, he will approach the relevant contractors and government authorities to complete the project in time.
To maintain the profit Margin of the project and evaluate the payment terms and Clients feedbacks to projects Director and to capitalize on the strengths that will provide the greatest value to a prospective project execution.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and integrating the direction of the project.
Creating, communicating and implementing the project plan.
Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other executives site engineers.
Lead the development of project plan, with input from the PsD in line with overall project objectives.
Lead the overall project implementations, demolition and constructions and all site execution.
Overseeing the complete constructions of the project.
Ensuring a clear budget and the project plan for Binzafrah Contracting Co.
Ensuring appropriate and governance processes are in place throughout the project.
Ensuring, project assessment, engineering, or construction activities to ensure that project needs and objectives are met
Manage all project costs to stay within budget limits. 
Support negotiations involving contractors’ agreements, project purchase agreements, land use, or interconnection agreements. 
Create project plans, including project scope, goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information.
Supervise the work of subcontractors or consultants to ensure quality and conformance to specifications or budgets.
KPIs & Key Deliverables:

Prepare and establish Project targets with Contractors & Site operations separately.
Establish Monthly project targets and achieve it in time.
No delay and Timely delivery of the project items requested by the customer.

Experience & special skills in leading the Project Engineering team in a dynamic and fast-moving work and full understanding of KSA vision 2030 commitments.
Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Discipline with Project Management skills.
Experiences Required:

12 years’ experience in construction, contracting field (infrastructural projects) at least 5 years in purely on Project Manager Position.
Knowledge of the policy & Procedures of Site operations.
Knowledge of Project execution process QC & safety requirements.
