HR Manager - KSA National

A market leading multi-national operating across various sectors including software, digitalisation and transportation has an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented HR Manager. Based in Riyadh you will be responsible for leading the full HR function across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities will include, recruitment, retention, staff development, comp & bens, HR record management, HR policies, visa, insurance, salary management, mediation, conflict resolution, legal compliance, labor contracts, disciplinary and dismissal procedures.

Requirements:

Must have previously worked for a major multinational
Familiar working in an international and multicultural environment
Degree educated is preferred
Fluent in English and Arabic is essential
Minimum of 7 years’ experience
Due to current travel restrictions only candidates based in KSA can be considered
