Alwatania Bricks factory in Dhurma is looking for Maintenance Manager with excelent mechanical/technical experience in Red Bricks production field

Brief Role
Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of industrial plant or other establishment.

Responsibilities

Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operation.
Manage, coordinate and follow up implementation the preventive maintenance schedule for all the machines.
Manage the development activities of modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
Manage maintenance activities on utility systems required for operations.
Develops maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
Reviews production, quality control, maintenance reports, statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
Inspects operating machines and equipments for conformance with operational standards.
Reviews new product/line plans and discusses equipment needs and modifications with design engineers.
Requisitions tools, equipments and supplies required for operations.
Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipments.
Coordinate with the machine manufacturer Engineer/Technician for technical information and supports.
Maintain adequate records and report periodically the required information to the concerned departments.
Manage, support his subordinates and evaluate their performance
