As a Customer Care Representative, you will take responsibility for performing all customer support activities as well as processing all sales orders with a high level of accuracy and in a timely fashion in accordance with company guidelines/procedures and ensures customer’s satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer experience – serving as a point of contact with customers, exceeding customers -expectations.
-Processing and managing all types of purchase orders and related inquiries.
-Working in accordance with and sharing best practice ERP processes,
-Strong compliance focus in all financial transactions.
-Ensuring all types of product inquiries are managed professionally.
-After Care – best practice in documentation.
-Provide competent and timely response to customer claims.
-Organize own work patterns around customer and business needs.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent course.
Experience in a busy customer service
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite
