الوصف الوظيفي The Telecommunications Technician supports the overall engineering department’s performance and installation of their designated projects. As a technician on the Shamis team, you will support system hardware/software installation and network optimization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job responsibility well. The essential job duties for this position are listed below: · Install, maintain, and operate equipment and software in compliance with technical specifications, codes, safety standard procedures. · Performs tests and document results to comply with program specifications. · Troubleshoot, install, and maintain all communications-related equipment. · Perform maintenance and problem identification on designated systems. · Knowledge of electronic/electrical equipment as they relate to measurement and communication facilities. · Fully capable of reading and understanding electronic schematics diagrams and using testing equipment and tools المهارات · Must possess at minimum a Vocational Diploma in Computer or Communications Electronics. · Must have a Technical Certification from passing an examination in the fields of computers, communications, and/or electronics issued by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Required Skills: · At least 3 years of working experience in Mobiles Phones, GPS & Audio/Visual equipment Vehicle’s installation · Work independently with minimal supervision · Excellent communication skills · Able to work some weekends and possible extended workdays when outside of Riyadh’s head office. · Must be of Good Moral Character, Responsible and Trustworthy · Must be a Team Player, Responsible and Fast Learner · Knowledge in Networking, basic programming, and database an advantage · Can follow documented instructions properly · Can read schematic diagrams · Strong general computer knowledge and skills · Practical and systematic troubleshooting · Required Languages: English – Written & Spoken; Arabic Language Knowledge Desirable. Other: · Single status and not older than 50 years · Valid Saudi Drivers License or ability to obtain one. Working Conditions: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. · Lifting up to 25kgs occasionally. · Driving, walking, standing frequently. · Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions, and some heavy lifting while on-site for project work. · Occasional overnight travel may be required.
