As a Release / Change Manager
• Handles deployments and releases configurations in multiple environments and multi-country.
• Ensures to implement the quality standards and checklists across all production environments multi-country.
• Ensures that Release Tracking System is updated as and when the changes are deployed and relevant documentation is attached to meet the review/audit requirements.
• Ensures that the implementation schedules are all other documents meet the quality requirements.
• Support the release deployment team during the release management life cycle.
• Makes sure that the Standard Release Management procedures are implemented with the relevant processes.
• Ensure to validate the vendor releases as per their agreed checklist and implementation schedule.
• Supports in the release roll out planning including the package acceptance.
• Attend stakeholder meetings representing the release management team to provide necessary guidance and register views on the implementation plan.
• Ensures to validate, receive, maintain and publish the implementation schedules and facilitate as per the agreed plan.
• Ensures to implement database changes across Sybase and Oracle servers and validate the outcome with the intended.
