Senior Landscape Architect

Job Description and Requirements
Job Duties:

Responsible for providing landscape architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned projects

Responsible for initiating and developing architectural engineering assessments and conducting gap analysis on applicable codes, and design criteria established

Vast experience in planning and design of large scale complex mixed use master plans and urban development projects

Relevant experience in the GCC (preferably also within the KSA) and a sound understanding of the cultural norms and requirements of the Kingdom

Strong English language communication, presentation and report writing skills

Track record with sound multi-disciplinary project management experience

Ability to develop processes, procedures and guidelines (in line with NPMO methodologies) to assist the entity in undertaking essential master planning

Ability to lead integrated, multi-disciplinary master planning - including Inquiry by Design workshops and working sessions

Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Design Suite software programs and the ability to prepare high quality documents for both internal and external submissions

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team environment

Must to be flexible and adapt to working in a demanding PMO environment, including the need to travel and work remotely if / when required

Experience in the preparation of bespoke landscape architecture training material and the delivery of hands-on training (via workshops and working sessions)

Applies a solid level of understanding within the landscape architecture discipline

Familiar with codes, permits, and software applications related to the landscape architecture discipline

Minimum Requirements

18+ years of relevant experience as a landscape architecture with strong skills and knowledge in architecture and project management/administration.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized university
