Job Description and Requirements
Job Summary

Job Duties:

Implement BIM systems or software for inclusion in GDMP

Responsible for initiating and developing BIM Models for infrastructure projects and conduct conflict analysis

Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for presentation purpose

Ability to develop processes, procedures and guidelines (in line with Mashroat Whitebook Methodology

Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Minimum Requirements

Prefer with 1‐3 years of experience in BIM detailing work from pre‐ construction through handoff phase of commercial construction

Learning knowledge of AutoCAD MEP ®, Revit ® and Navisworks ®

Ability to lead and train small teams

Preferred Qualifications

BS, MS or equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management/Technology from reputed university
