Job Description and Requirements
Job Summary

Reporting to the Construction Manager; will assist with the development of construction related processes, procedures and templates for implementation at Amanat across the Kingdom

Will assist the team in monitoring and evaluation of Amanat to ensure implementation of the GDMP construction related processes, procedures and templates.

Will assist with evaluation and training of Amanat construction management staff.

Experience of major government and/or semi-government international construction sites with direct professional knowledge and management of the following: site engineering, project controls, environment, health and safety, contracts management and quality.

Experience of implementing a zero-accident philosophy.

A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers.

Record of implementing continuous improvement on site and supporting capacity building / talent development in a construction environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience)

Performs various responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.

Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.

Generally, requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.

Plans and develops engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches.
