الوصف الوظيفي - Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance of MEP systems. - Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to technicians. - Prepare weekly maintenance report and discuss it with Engineer. - Recruit supervise and train maintenance technicians. - Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.) - Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.) - Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance. - Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. - Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations). - Ensure quality standards and health & safety regulations. المهارات - 5+ year experience as a maintenance supervisor of MEP system. - High school diploma; Degree from a vocational school will be a plus - Good knowledge of minor civil works. - Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role. - Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.) - Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations - Understanding of budgeting and performance management - Excellent planning and leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional Certifications (e.g. Plumbing or HVAC certified) are preferred. - Valid driver’s license. - Speaking English and Arabic will be preferred - Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. - Ability to work after working hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/maintenance-supervisor-transferable-iqama-4184436/ |
