Description

The Senior Network Security Engineer role will be responsible for:
System administration and analytics for network security related systemsFirst-level support for network security systemsDistributing and loading updates to intrusion detection systems (IDSs), firewalls, data loss prevention systems, and other network security systemsAnalysing security notices issued by information systemMonitoring systems for security incidents or breaches, and reporting security gaps through audits of the networkRoll-out of system updates and patches to strengthen network security

Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study3+ years of experience in Network Security administrationStrong understanding of network security systems and technologiesA relevant certification such as CCIE Security, CCNP R&S;, CISSP, CISA or CISMExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work across all levels of the organization/heirarchyAble to manage multiple tasks/projects, and deliver objectives effectively
