الوصف الوظيفي As a Support Engineer, you will take responsibility for responding to issues/outages and security threats on customer premises related to services/products provided. You will work to ensure that the solution is always in good shape and in good security levels. Key Duties & Responsibilities · First-line of contact for the customer for all communication relating to Network Communications and Network Security issues. · Respond promptly to support tickets/requests and other incidents from company to Al Saudia customers until resolution while keeping customers informed regularly. · Establish and maintain solid relations with Customer facilitating needed resources. · Help train Customer on-the-job through knowledge transfer. · Communicate proactively with other departments within the organization as well as with Customer. · Work with Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Procurement Departments and external suppliers as necessary. · Complete all assigned tasks and reports in a timely and efficient manner. · Ensure personal development and certification target according to department needs and business growth. · Full-time basis · Normal Working Hours: 8:30-5:30 5 days a week; unless over-ridden by Customer’s working hours. المهارات Required: · Bachelor’s degree in a related field · Cisco CCNA Certification or equivalent · 5 years of experience in the IT industry · Strong technical knowledge in R&S;, UC, and Network Security · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/network-support-engineer-cisco-ccna-or-equivalent-4178513/ |
