Medical Imaging / Medical Furniture Sales and Marketing Manager - Riyadh

GT Medical is looking for a high caliber Sales & Marketing Manager with long experience in Imaging to lead, coach, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve company objectives and customer satisfaction.

His main task is to lead the sales organization of Medical Equipment and consumables to achieve company strategic objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Design and implementing sales and marketing plans which reflects company and strategic objectives.
Managing and leading the sales team to achieve growth and commercial objectives of the company.
Coaching training and mentoring the sales team members.
Monitoring sales team performance and results over a periodical time frame.
Setting weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives with the sales team to achieve annual objectives.
Auditing and follow up on daily and weekly activity reports of the sales team.
Follow up with the sales team on progress of the sales pipelines.
Support the sales team to build long lasting partnership.
Manage and strengthen the relation with international suppliers and build long and lasting partnership with suppliers and business partners.
Manage and communicate and negotiate annual forecast and objectives with suppliers and business partners.
Present sales forecast plans and reports to the management team periodically.
Work with the marketing team to identify and report market dynamics, competition and shifts.
Report new market opportunity and potentials.
المهارات
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree or higher is essential in any of the following backgrounds:(medical, biomedical, scientific or business)

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical (Capital Equipment) sales/marketing/ product management with a proven track record in Imaging.
Minimum of 2 years in Imaging Sales and Marketing in a management role.
Experience in Medical Furniture and Sterilization a plus.
