Providing full remit of HR (on boarding, welfare, including payroll, accommodation, transportation, performance management & training)

Employee relations will be a key focus particularly around helping to shape the philosophy with the stakeholders of the company

Policy & Procedures to be defined and documented along with the global succession plan in place, learning & development agenda, performance competency framework – all alongside everyday HR

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to Arabic nationality

Male, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree or certificate in HRM / Hospitality Management, or Diploma on CIPD or NVQ equivalent in HR Management

Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience in a Senior HR Generalist/Managerial role in the hospitality/FnB/restaurant industry in KSA

In-depth knowledge in KSA labor law

Experience in pre-opening in Middle East is of great advantage including leasing negotiations on accommodation, experience on setting up social welfare activities of a pre-opening team.

Excellent communication and creativity skills
