Conduct tests and inspections, identify quality issues, and present solutions. Client Details Tower Communication Service in based in Saudi Arabia Description Quality Assurance Specialist - Riyadh - Technology & Telecoms Maintain/ update documentation controls tracking tools and indices to ensure proper tracking of all SOPs /controlled and to ensure optimal application of all quality assurance policies, procedures, guidelines and processes.Provide insight to improve processes and practices to ensure quality is maintained while efficiency is optimized.Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs.Analyze and investigate complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with guidelines and external regulatory requirements.Develop or update complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of quality issues and complaints.Assist in the development collating and reporting of key quality metrics to drive a culture of continuous process improvement such that it is fully compliant with current applicable regulations and quality requirements.Assist in preparing and maintaining Technical (Quality) Agreements with third party for quality checks so that roles and responsibilities between the contracted parties are clearly defined and implemented.Regularly review non-conformances to ensure that resulting investigations have identified the root cause(s) that suitable reports have been written and that corrective and preventative actions have been implemented within suitable time periods.Prepare periodic quality reports to the direct manager.
