Extensive knowledge of Bakery and Pastry such as cakes, cookies, tarts, bread, Croissant, Ciabatta Bread, German Bread etc. following both the old-style and modern recipes.
Make new desserts and follow up our menus to involve the attention of customers.
Decorate pies using diverse icings, glazes etc. to make sure the appearance will be beautiful and tempting.
Monitor the baking stocks like ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and place suitable and timely orders according to the budget.
Cross check if the quality material and equipment are being used or not.
Direct and motivate helpers and bakers to work more professionally.
Maintain a clean and well-arranged baking station and follow health and safety guidelines.
المهارات
Established experience of Date Cake, Pudding Cake, Chocolate Souffle, Cream Brule, Mousse Cake, Dry Cake, Apple Cake.
Have a great experience of Ala Carte and Catering Services.
A keen eye on details.
Transferable Visa is a must.
