Onsite Solution Designer (Lead)

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 
Senior technical lead with 10+ years of experience in development using .net technologies (Portals & Sharepoint)
Ability to convert requirements into Solution Design.
Specifically interfaces/interactions between multiple systems.
Present Solution Designs to customer IT team members and get their approval
Manage production releases and be the first line of technical troubleshooting
Good presentation/communication skill
SharePoint, C#,VB.NET, ASP.NET Webforms and ASP.Net MVC experience
Share point àOut of the box features for creating webpages, forms, workflows and more are a must. Developers need to be able to work with Business Connectivity Services, Master Pages, Apps, Page Layouts, User Store, Web Parts, Windows Workflow Foundation, SharePoint Ribbon, etc.
Insurance Domain Experience is must. Minimum of 1 Year
TFS knowledge is Must. BIZTALK & Crystal reports experience will be Plus.
jQuery experience, or JSON or other JS frameworks/libraries
Experience developing applications with MVC 3 or higher (we use MVC 4).
Experience developing applications with Entity Framework, multi-tier development.
Strong SQL skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with DHTML, CSS, Team explorer and JavaScript
Experience writing WCF, Windows Services, Web Services, REST services
Fair knowledge of cross-browser compatibility concerns and performance
Strong testing and debugging skills
Knowledge on HTML5 is a plus.
