BWP are currently representing a global leader within the services industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for all contractual aspects of the organisation.
*Please note that due to Saudization only KSA Nationals can be considered for this position
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the establishment, application and updating of the procedures and rules of the contractual, economic and financial functions of the organisation including commercial activities and supplier contract manage
Ability to assess the interplay between and importance of the service level in a company and the related cost effects
Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts
Prepares requests for proposals for distribution to vendors
Analyses all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
Audits existing contracts and oversees contract modifications
Conducts and analysis of new laws, regulations and contract trends to determine potential impact on the business
Coordinates with the finance department to ensure correct billing and collection of contractual revenues
Leads complex contract negotiations and manages all changes in and addendums to existing contracts
Requirements:
Due to Saudization only KSA Nationals can be considered
Experience with service contracts would be beneficial
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Degree educated
Due to the current global situation only, individuals based in KSA can be considered
