Essential Function & Responsibilities are

* Provide 24x7 network surveillance for performance monitoring
* KPIs Analysis: Mobility, Accessibility, Retainability, Availability, etc
* Solid understanding of PS/CS/IMS Core network nodes and their functionality
* Good understanding of Core network interfaces (2G-3G-4G) and design
* Good skills for processing and analyzing Statistical data for investigating CORE network issue
* Review and general clean –up of Ticket in queue
* Ensure timely resolution to trouble tickets
* Good Communication skills
