الوصف الوظيفي Oversee the process, operations and implementation of privatization plans of relevant distribution in coordination with relevant entities to drive NWC’s privatization strategy. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Ø Managerial Responsibilities · Develops and implements the directorate’s strategy, objectives, and KPI’S and ensure department managers and employees are working towards achievement of these objectives. · Develops and implement the department’s policies and follow the set procedures in order to achieve section objectives. · Controls the department’s annual budget monitors all employees are within the assigned budget. · Ensures the ongoing development of the department’s employees, and guide the performance management and the developmental activities of direct reports to ensure engaged and high performing employees. Ø Functional Responsibilities · Provide input to preparation of privatization roadmap, advanced schemes and objectives · Implement distribution aspect of privatization roadmap and objectives · Execute private sector participation for distribution companies / cluster business units · Execute private sector participation for distribution companies / cluster business units · Lead the procurement management of financial, technical and legal advisory services contracts · Prepare RFPs in coordination with related departments (e.g. legal) and manage private sector participation contracts · Ensure the smooth transition period after the privatization, develop and implement change management plans / programs · Manage external stakeholder relationship with government entities · Oversee the data collection activities at the CBU level المهارات Customer Focus - Customer Care/ Service https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/distribution-privatization-general-manager-4174049/ |
