Car rental Supervisor

Job Description:

The car rental supervisor is responsible for all kinds of assets (human, vehicles, devices, etc..) in his territory. He is the key person and the focal point between the field team & the management. His role is a critical one and the real backbone of the fleet control for the company.

Responsibilities:

1.  Lead day to day operations

1.  In charge of all fleet in his area

2.  Plan fleet mobility with area manager

3.  Plan Fuel, checkup, cleanness, damage for fleet

4.  Follow up on trips, long & short & on customers’ payments

5.  Follow up on field operations

6.  Regular daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports

7.  Devices control/ inventory

8.  Responsible for solving technical fleet issues raised by the customers

9.  Continuous communication with other teams through systems & emails

10.  Immediate Replacement for accident/ damage vehicles to customers

11.  Follow up on fleet maintenance/ accidents/ insurance etc

12.  Clearing procedures & follow up on traffic / terms & conditions violations with customers and subordinates.

13.  Ability to respond to emergency situations in a logical manner is critical

14.  Maintain and adhere to rental policies and procedures

المهارات
Skills and Qualifications:

Substantial relevant experience within the same domain (3-5 years or more).
3-5 years experience in supervising a rental team
3-5 years experience in fleet control
Demonstrate good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust and credibility.
Excellent customer care skills, including the ability to resolve customer related issues in a professional manner
Strong problem solving skills
Desire to succeed
Strong computer skills
Flexible schedule & willingness to work nights and weekends

Technical skills:

Good understanding of car rental operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office), thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations from both functional and technical perspectives
