Job Purpose
To implement the commercial sales strategy by managing the activities of the commercial sales team and identifying new commercial business opportunities of Al Rajhi Takaful (ART) to contribute to overall revenue and sales targets in order to promote sales and achieve the overall sales targets through high-quality service provided to customers.

Coordinate daily activities of the commercial sales team in order to ensure that objectives are met and drive the team performance to achieve growth and profitability for the business.
Organize and execute the recruitment of new commercial sellers leveraging the knowledge of the local market to identify best sellers profile
Act as a coach and a tutor for the sellers of his team and in particular for the new hired supporting them to achieve their sales target
Participate in commercial negotiations on behalf of ART to secure new business on favorable terms and to ensure commercial agreements are commercially feasible, market competitive and within ART risk appetite
Contribute and support for the required training of his team of sellers
Ensure that the Commercial Sales team implements the commercial sales plan and sales culture within the area of responsibility, in order to drive cross selling and capture all sales opportunities for ART.
Ensure that the team proactively approaches commercial customers, conducts sales visits and represent ART at various places outside ART premises, in order to increase the reach and enhance the presence of ART.
Ensure that customer complaints and queries are captured and communicated to the relevant teams in a timely manner to provide top level customer experience
Implement service improvement initiatives for commercial sales in order to drive productivity improvements and enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Set individual targets, developing and motivating commercial sales team, and providing formal and informal constructive feedback and appraisal in order to maximize performance.
Propose KPIs and coordinate the team’s day-to-day activities, resolving any escalated issues.
Define, develop, implement, and enhance sales training programs and recommend trainings for the commercial sales team
