Sales Manager – Building Technology - SAUDI NATIONAL
OVERVIEW
Our client, a European multinational company, world-renowned leading supplier of technology services, are looking for a Sales Manager for their Security and Safety Systems Division to drive business in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively manage customer structure in district
Ensure sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and in existing business, identifying additional business opportunities (e.g. cross-selling) or developing potential new ones in the district
Conduct regular customer visits and establish close relationship with customers in district
Implement customer strategy for local branch offices of major (key) account customers and support internal teams
Negotiate terms and conditions within authorization scheme for accounts in district
Take over local business development activities in district to support local customer base (if not covered by dedicated business developer)
Work closely with business development team to ensure that local projects are covered properly in all stages and handed over timely from them to sales
Provide feedback on market trends, customer/end-user needs and support collection of competitor information (portfolio as well as industries)
Insert your customer related data such as account information, activities, opportunities regularly into CRM and make use of available CRM data and reports to follow-up; Make active use also of other specific sales IT tools (SAP, Cheetah, etc.)
Timely inform supply chain on extraordinary demand (e.g. special sales actions, big projects) which is not covered by regular forecast
Support cross-border opportunities
Support cross GB selling opportunities
Act in line with regulations on permanent establishments which might create limitations to the above.
المهارات
Atleast 3 years working in a similar position
Specific experience in sales of Security & Safety Systems in KSA is must.
Technical knowledge is required.
Must be SAUDI NATIONAL
