الوصف الوظيفي Essentials Responsibilities: ·Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. ·Registering suppliers’ payments. ·Registering payments received from customers versus their bills. ·Prepares invoices for customers and deliver to sales representatives to be delivered to customers as soon as possible. ·Prepare weekly reports on the position of customer debts. ·Prepare monthly reports showing the age of debt to customers. ·Calculate monthly delegate commissions as well as annual production incentive. ·Authentication and correspondence procedures on customer balances. ·Cooperate with the internal audit of any financial statements for the purpose of verifying the necessary procedures. ·Prepares monthly and annual financial results reports (profit and loss - balance sheet) ·Prepares the annual estimated budget.
