IMPORTANT: Unicom Group is recruiting Sales Manager in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, Experience as Sales For an IT company Hardware & Software is a must.

Experience in Government Sectors is highly desirable.

Job Description
1. Find and estimate potential targets in the industry, in the region
2. To tailor our products and services to existing or new clients
3. To develop partnerships, joint ventures or acquisitions
4. To develop the company revenues
5. To deliver on time and quality services to Unicom clients
6. To forecast the revenues and take the appropriate actions
7. To deliver to clients, on time and quality services
8. To setup the sales organization and strategy to meet the objectives
9. To hire, coach and manage a team to meet the objectives
10. To participate in the work development Plans for all direct employees
11. To propose trainings, promotion when appropriate
12. To report in time, with accuracy to the top management, about the activities, the plans, the revenues, the forecasts of all the teams.
13. Manages multiple Accounts; Business Development
14. Deals with senior members of the client organization.
15. Responsible for agency performance as a whole with limited involvement in routine agency projects.
16. Responsible for forward, long-term planning, deployment of agency personnel and overall account profitability.

المهارات
Skills
 Minimum 10 years experience in the same capacity in a IT Company (Software & Hardware) Strong presentation and communication skills.
 Good understanding of technology
 Strong Managerial and Sales skills
 Proven project management skills
 Excellent interpersonal
 Strong technical mastery of sales principles, concepts and methods.
 Excellent communication skills, including superior writing and the ability to communicate comfortably in formal and informal settings
Candidate’s residence in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) or ready to relocate.
