Network Operations Supervisor

Job Description and Requirements
ROLE SUMMARY:
SAR is looking for a driven Network Operations Supervisor to support the Network Operations Manager in delivering on a consistent basis, the professional management of railway network operations and effective leadership of operational safety and train service delivery. Apart from this, reporting to the Network Operations Manager. The Network Operations Supervisor is responsible for undertaking and supporting the day-to-day network operations. This includes ensuring compliance with operating rules, regulations and procedures, incident investigation, coordination and monitoring safe infrastructure asset utilisation.

An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills as this job requires to communicate within internal stakeholders i.e. Passenger Business Unit, Mineral & Cargo Business Unit, Infrastructure Maintenance, SAR Projects, Health, Safety & Environment, and Rolling Stock Maintenance. As well as external such as Public Transport Authority, Royal Commission, Ma’aden, SAR External Contractors.
