Job purpose/Summary:
Based within the banking or financial sector, a relationship manager’s role involves working with clients to help them make the right decisions with their accounts and explain the financial services on offer to them. You’ll also be expected to identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business for the company you work for.
Duties and responsibilities:
To manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives.
Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, and periodical client visits call reports.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.
Follow up with clients on a daily basses for existing clients and targeted clients.
Meeting client’s needs and requests in a timely matter.
Constructing client proposal by the way of presentation.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions.
Managing clients account opening procedure from A-Z.
Delivery of targets. Professional development.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor/Diploma degree with a major in Business Administration or equivalent.
Skills and abilities: Soft skills, presentable, PowerPoint skills, acceptable (basic) level of English and good Network and existing client base.
Experience: Work in similar role for at least 5-8 years in investment banking/ investment financial company.
Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of financial products.
Professional Certification: CME-1 (General Securities Qualification Examination Certificate)
